Clinical Assistant for Pediatrics- Fulltime

• Please note-evening hours are included
• Responsibilities include rooming patients and collecting patient history, entering data into EMR system
  
• Pediatric medical office experience preferred
• Good communication and computer skills a must
• Must be able and willing to travel between all of our five offices; majority of hours will be at the Elmhurst location
• Additional skills required include casting for orthotics, injection preparation, restocking of inventory, and applying durable medical equipment for our patients, and filling in as needed to assist with physicians who see adult patients.

Patient Representative- Fulltime

• Responsibilities include receiving paients upon arrival, scheduling appointments, and data entering insurance knowledge a plus

Office Supervisor- Fulltime

• Elmhurst location
• Duties include managing front desk, clinical, and therapy staff for entire office.
• Medical office experience necessary
• Good communication, people and computer skills a must
• Experience in conflict management, staff coaching and ability to promote positive work environment is essential.
