Our Locations
Professional Education at M&M OrthopaedicsM&M Orthopaedics provides a variety of annual seminars and workshops geared toward educating the medical professional working with an orthopaedic population.

Yearly seminars include: Pediatric Symposium (bi-annually), Workers Compensation symposia, and a wider array of seminars education local high school athletic directors and staff. These seminars provide an opportunity for the medical professional to earn continuing education credits.

We are proud to present the following community programs:

CONTROVERSIES IN THE ORTHOPAEDIC CARE OF THE INJURED WORKER - A one-day Workers Compensation Symposium

Date: Thursday, October 23, 2008
Time: 9:00AM - 4:30PM
Registration begins at 8:30AM
Location: Hamburger University, Oak Brook, IL

This seminar presents examples of controversial injuries/conditions in the injured worker. M&M Orthopaedic Surgeons will discuss how to discern whether the diagnoses are work-related or not. In addition, current treatments will be explained.

Additionally, the seminar includes a discussion entitled "Balancing What's Fair With What's Reasonable in the Care of the Injured Worker." Keynote speakers will present the topic from four perspectives: 1) Legislative Perspective 2) Employers Perspective 3) Workers Perspective 4) Medical Perspective.

Applications have been made for 5.0 CEU hours for CCM, CRCC, CDMSC and Physical Therapists.
